WOW is all I can say! I have never in my life ever had such rude and sh-tty service in my life! We went to use the Gift certificate that my sister gave us for Christmas at Bavarian Chalet in Cranbook. After chewing on a black disgusting piece of wood in my salad I wanted to puke. We were then told that the manager would not remove the cost of the salad from the bill, we asked to speak to her. Shannon (the manager) came storming out and told us we were not getting free food from her and that we should expect to find something in salad (GGGGRRRROOOSSSSS). We of course decided to leave when she graciously said we wouldnt have to pay for our pops! I was also told that she refused to give us the money for the gift certificate... like we would ever go back. So to my loving sister Jan I reeaaallly appreciated the awesome gift but we are both out that money very sorry and love ya!
