I've been going to this store, for 5 years, because it was convenient, and for the loyalty program. I would say 20% of the time the experience is positive. The other 80% is dealing with terrible customer service, extremely long waiting times in the drive through (even pre-covid), and their inability to get the drink right. Today is the final straw. I'll drive to Chapters in Nanaimo, before I will go back to this store (which is across the street.) Don't waste your time there...
