After visiting the OPA restaurant at Orchard Plaza, my family was eager to revisit another branch of OPA. Opting for a different location outside the mall, we found the service at this establishment to be courteous and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the chicken wrap I ordered, giving it a top rating of 5 stars; I wish there was an OPA in the States serving such delicious food.
