Whenever returning to Prince Rupert, I make a necessary visit to Galaxy Gardens for a familiar meal experience. The combination plate including chicken chow mein, sweet & sour spare ribs, and beef & broccoli is my go-to, although the quality is average. Despite the lackluster food, the service has consistently been exceptional, making it a reliable choice for a casual dining outing.
