i think crysal gardens-is the best in the okanagan!

The food was sub-par at best. I got to eat maybe 1/4 of my food, until I had seen that there were black hairs from the cook in my hair. I was disgusted and had lost my appetite at that point. They had taken It away without a word, and when I had received the bill I noticed there was a half discount on my food. When I had approached the woman at the counter I had asked if it could just be taken off, since I had barely touched my food, and being a health code violation I thought this was the right way to go about it. The woman had said I ate almost all the sweet and sour pork, and that it was almost a $12 dish. Apparently the cook didn't want it taken off the bill at all!
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service there, and if you don't mind the cooks never wearing hats or hair nets, I guess this is the place to go.
My boyfriend and I would never come back nor recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's a shame because we came back twice just to eat there since we missed the opening the first time. I wish it had lived up to my expectations...
