Great sushi! Everything was super-fresh and yummy. :)
Definitely a take-out place as the dining area is pretty basic; no ambiance.
Question: why do sushi restaurants make their rolls so dang big??!

This is the BEST of all Japanese restaurants we have ever tried... and there are a huge number of them on Vancouver Island! We are fortunate that Sushi Hama is in the small town of Qualicum Beach. The owners are awesome people who provide a consistently delicious selection of sushi and other Japanese dishes.
