Really good food!

GUAN HIN...and their chefs have been in the same location...virtually identical menu for over 30 years. Their quality...especially in my exoperience in vegetable dishes, and in most beef dishes is excellent. their menu is rarely grasy, and i haven't heard of any "food poisoning" from their food...ever. Steamed dumpllngs...egg rolls....beef sticks. chow mein....general tso's chicken...all soups....far above average for the West Bronx....and even above average compared to some restaurants in tonier Manhattan neighborhoods. their main delivery guy, who's worked for them for at least 10 years...can be a bit "rude". Make sure to encourage him to say "thank you" whenever you give him a 10% or higher tip.
