My first experience at this restaurant was satisfactory overall. The chicken sandwich fulfilled the special instructions provided through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, the same attention was not given to the steak sandwich. The waffle fries were decent, although I was surprised to receive only one waffle in the waffle dish instead of the usual two. The staff at Jimbos Hamburger Palace provided a wonderful dining experience with fresh and delicious food, a pleasant ambiance, and accommodating service.
