I went on a mission to find a Swiss roll cake on Christmas Day because I was really craving some cake, specifically a Swiss roll. Managed to snag a basic vanilla Swiss roll, but I wish there was more cream inside. Finished the whole cake in just 3 days, sharing it with my husband and family - definitely hitting up this Chinese bakery chain in Brooklyn again for more delicious treats!
