The beef on weck melts in your mouth, and the salt on the roll perfectly balances the flavor, making it one of the best Buffalo beef on weck experiences I've had. During a recent visit, the prime rib sandwich on a Kaiser roll exceeded all expectations with its delicious taste and unique bread, proving this gas station spot offers surprisingly great food.

My wife loves the prime rib sandwich, but for me, it's all about the Beef on Weck at Charlie the Butcher's when I'm in the area. The gas station location was surprisingly good, and the guy behind the counter was awesome. I can't recall his name, but he made the experience even better. The Bills/Dolphins snow game at the Orchard Park spot was a fun memory, and I'll definitely be stopping by again in the future for more delicious eats.
