I have ordered for delivery from Tredo's since they opened. A few weeks ago I ordered and it took 2.5 hours for me to receive my cold Fish fries. I was informed it was due to a delivery to Gowanda, which delayed my delivery. Today I calles at 3:55 PM for dinner, which I was told would arrive in 1 to 1.5 hours. At 6:00 PM I called to ask where it was, I was told they were bringing it "in 5 minutes" . It takes 7 minutes to get to my address. It is now 7:15 PM. My food has not arrived and Tredo's is not answering theur phone. I had told the person taking my order about the previous delay and was assured this would not recur. If you are so very busy you can lose customers, please know, you have lost a loyal one. If you cannot accomodate deliveries, the customer should be told that when they call. Not answering the phone when the business is open is just not acceptable. It is too bad because I really liked the food. This customer will not return .

We've never been disappointed. Love the BBQ wings from the pit. Love steak hoagie and pizza sub as well as turkey sub.

I have been ordering from Tredos ever since I moved to the area, four years ago. I have enjoyed many things on their menu. The Taco Salad is one of my favorites. Every single thing I've tried has been great!! My personal favorite is the Clam Chowder. (Best I've ever had).
Tonight ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza, and had it delivered. It was prepared just as requested, and delicious.
Kudos to the owners and staff. They are consistently friendly and professional.

We got a large pizza and I have to say it was exceptional. Taste like old time Bocce Pizza in Buffalo in the 60's. Brought back lots of memories. Will definitely be going back again. The pizza is big and they do deliver. Had the fishfry and it was very good, came with tuna mac salad, coleslaw, potato salad and fries. Was perfectly done. So 2 times there both excellent meals!

The pizza is horrible crust is always burnt. Wings are small. Fish Fry is the worst dry and too much doughy batter. The place is so dirty, tables sticky and children that are stuck there fight and yell and run around and sometimes stay in the back in the kitchen, how terrible is that. How can you relax while you eat in that kind of place.
