I came across a waffle truck outside my workplace during dinner time and decided to give it a try despite not finding much information about their food online. The menu featured a variety of waffles and breakfast items, including a unique creation called the ABE FROMAN with spicy sausage patty, egg, shallot jam, pickled mustard seed, maple syrup, and cheese on a powdered apple fritter. The flavors of the dish were a delightful mix of spicy and sweet, and I was impressed by the quick service and the delicious nutella-drizzled waffle ordered by the group ahead of me.
