We arrived just before the end of the lunch service in October and were seated by large windows overlooking a beautiful pond and trees, which added to the cozy, country inn ambiance. The meal was enjoyable, with standout dishes including a portabello sandwich with roasted red peppers and blue cheese, an exceptional chicken pot pie, and a flavorful surf and turf special, all complemented by attentive and friendly service from staff with deep local ties. Desserts like the Lemon Angel- a delicate combination of lemon pudding and meringue-provided a perfect ending, making this a memorable dining experience worth revisiting.
