A local coffee shop located near the theater district on the corner of Chippewa in a walkable area. The shop offers gluten-free rolls and wraps, with the rolls being a recommended choice. There are additional charges for gluten-free options and alternative milk choices. The espresso served at the shop exceeded my expectations with a rich, balanced shot and a reddish-brown crema. The coffee here is highly recommended, but the food options may not be worth the wait due to slow preparation.
