I stopped in there for lunch to grab a few slices and a drink and the crust was burnt hard as a rock pepperoni's were burnt everything was burnt flavorless pizza. A couple of hot girls working in there but it dont make up for the tooth that I broke on the crust. Never again

Love this pizza SO much fresh out of the oven. The blue cheese is real and the wings are fabbo. Would (and will eat again and again)!

I've been very pleased with their food and resolving any problem I had with an order. Once, there was a mistake made and they refunded my money on my next order. I'm ordering again right now.

If your order is wrong, your best recourse is to suck it up because they wont make it right. Attempts at corrective action will leave you duped twice over. In today’s day and age of customer service and general gratitude towards patrons being unheard of, TL Pizza is the epitome of that. Caveat Emptor.

Will lets see they mess my food up all the time . you tell them you dont want soggy fries they come soggy .they dont know what the word light veggies mean. I literally live around the corner and it takes an hour and a half for delivery. For a couple cold subs . the only reason ordered from townline is cause there prices are not bad . but today I will never order from them again. Mooneys maybe a couple dollars more but way better Food. Townline pizza owners need to learn that your make more money with happy customer. I worked in many pizza places and if a simple order came in for 4 cold subs i would get it put out the door fast as possible not put it behind every other order there is .. They cant even tell you if it would be faster picking up or delivering . not really sure how this place has lasted this long . but they lost a good tipping and steady customer today

Horrible customer service. They also write down your card number when you order on the phone and leave it on the counter for anyone to see. Ordered something by mistake, called and told them I know it was my mistake. The manager was a complete jerk about the whole thing. Just wanted to order the right thing. She said they’ll make it. Got there and tried to pay and she said they already charged me because my card number was on my original order receipt. When I told them I don’t want my card information written down for anyone to see, she said “oh well, that’s policy” !!!! Crazy. Foods good, but the customer service and management is a joke.

The food here is good, but the customer service when they mess up an order is absolutely terrible. I agree with the viewer who says there is no offer to fix mistakes and in addition, there is not even an appology.

We hadn't ordered a pizza from Town Line Pizzeria in a while because we didn't like their pizza the few times that we had it. We decided to give it another try and absolutely loved it!!! We've learned in the past to give places another try if we had a bad experience a few times. I am SO happy that we did!!!! We will be ordering from Town Line Pizzeria again!!!

I have been ordering from Town Libe Pizza since I moved to Cheshire. The best delivery pizza in town! Very friendly and once they know your number your good to go!

Terrible customer service. Ordered chicken fingers as part of an order. Went to pick up the order and they made a chicken finger sub instead. They did not offer to fix their mistake. They did not offer a discount. Had to pay for something I did not order. That is unacceptable.

absolutely the WORST custome service i have ever received. Ordered a single order of chicken fingers for delivery and was told within the hour. An hour and 40 mins later nothing, when called to inquire was told that I was the last of 4 deliveries. I then wanted to just cancel my order at that point and was told they absolutely do not give refunds regardless of the situation. When I asked to speak to manager I was told the speaker was the manager. VERY UNIMPRESSED. will never order from here again and neither will anyone in my famiy.

ive been going to Town Line pizza since I was a young girl. always had prompt and friendly service, with a smile, and the food has always been excellent. would recommend this place to anyone :)
