Foods great, the prices on this menu are old, my pad thai was $8.75 and was fooled by the old prices. Still relatively cheap though.

I just LOVED this restaurant. So spicy, SO GOOD! Go there now! Order number FOURTEEN on the menu. SO GOOD! I loved the tomatoes the cute waiter threw at me. So good! It is a true Asian cuisine! i know about food.

I work down the street and love to get Pacific Rim when I'm feeling under the weather. The garlic and ginger help to clear my head when I have cold symptoms. I don't think I've had anything I don't like there! All of the food is fresh, and I feel like I'm eating healthy when I eat their food.
Today, I have a head cold and picked up their chicken and rice soup to eat at my desk. My only critique would be that they should use different containers for their soup. It's very hot, and they pour it into a plastic container (for takeout only). I wonder about the toxins leaching into my soup. Hey Pacific Rim, you should use the cardboard soup containers other places use!

Awesome food! the menu has changed a bit from last summer but the service has definitely gotten MUCH better...we were seated right away and had a very accommodating waitress- I didn't really like that ALL of the cocktails had ginger in them but I ordered the Asian Bomb and enjoyed it. The tiger rolls are awesome as well as the pad thai- overall a great experience and I will definitely be coming back!

The prices are good, the food was comparable to Bangkok Bistro but for half the price. The vietnamese eggrolls we got were good, but cold in the center...didn't get sick from it so I guess it was cooked all the way! Beer selection could be a lot better. Cute restaurant, and good service: we got seated right away, got our water right away without asking, food arrived within 20 minutes. Overall, a pretty good impression, definitely will come back here. It's a good place to bring your date!

excellent food,,great service, very affordable.! i'm delighted to have found an alternative to the bankok bistro - the red curry bowl was just as excellent if not better than the bankok with a much more affordable price! IThe waiitress was more than accomodating when it came to the ingredients included in my dinner. it was an excellent dish! i will definitely be returning:) i would definitely recommend pacific rim to anyone!

I have been eating here for a few years and the restaurant has just gone down hill. I had an experience like a review above where my friend and I were waited on and served our food and forgotten about. The waitress never came back to ask how we were or if we needed anything. When we were almost done eating one of us said something to which we were told that our waitress's shift was over and we had been forgotten about. When another waitress came to our table and never apologized. She walked up to the table went to grab my friend's plate from underneath him and said you're done right? my friend replied no and the waitress walked away. The WORST SERVER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

Do not go there. The servers are rude. I was ignored as the servers waited on tables that came in after I sat down. When this was pointed out to the servers, one commented that it was not her section and the other one just stood there. I noticed that I was the only Asian person in the restaurant. Therefore, I have to conclude that they discriminated against me based on my race. Isn't that ironic since it's an Asian restaurant.
10/15/2008 - Menu change? No good...
It's so sad to see a good place make a bad decision. Ordered for lunch today to find out that they had changed their menu last week, to be more Vietnamese. OK, I'll give it a shot. That was my mistake. I ordered the Grilled Tofu with Spicy Pepper sauce (an item they had before) and I was SO DISAPPOINTED I almost cried. The tofu was not grilled, the "veggies" were rubber and I found three hairs in the rice and sauce. I've been ordering from this place since the late 90's and I am upset that the only "Korean" food place is now not. Needless to say, I won't be going back and I encourage anyone else who ate there before the same. Even for Vietnamese food, it's like bad fast food. Maybe there'll be an outcry and the other menu will come back, but I guess I just have to make my own kimchee now...

Very nice cozy, warm but slighly funky atmosphere with original tasty asian fare. I thought the service was kind of abrupt and rushed but for the prices and quality of food, it can't be beat!
