I enjoy dining in at this restaurant, where the friendly and accommodating staff always make me feel welcome. My favorite dish is the #8 appetizer, which is a fantastic pancake/egg that's hard to find elsewhere, while the pho never disappoints. The prices are very reasonable, and despite the tricky parking situation, the overall experience is well worth it.
