Wow I'm concerned I bring my beef in to be cut and explained clearly the cuts .I pick it up and the whole thing 800 lbs is ground up when I checked it at home ..This butcher has attitude and can not believe he is working with the public .He is bullheaded and figures he can call his own shots without consent from the customer.I don't ever recommend taking any thing to this place and will avoid it permanently
