The bowl of fresh Norwegian salmon, tuna, and spicy tuna was a symphony of flavors, each bite bursting with vibrant freshness and perfectly balanced sauces drizzled on top rather than mixed in. The crunchy garlic ponzu sauce paired with the fried onion topping added an irresistible texture that elevated every mouthful. Despite the slightly muted ambiance and soft-spoken service, the exceptional quality and taste of the food made every visit worthwhile, leaving me eager for the next craving.
