Tonkotsu broth with Angus beef short rib and spicy tonkotsu with premium beef toro made for a flavorful feast that left us both happily full and ready to plan our next visit. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, with great music and attentive service from our cool server Ryan, who patiently walked us through the hot pot experience since it was our first time. Unlimited soup refills and fresh, generous veggies paired with melt-in-your-mouth meats made this a dinner to remember-plus, the convenient parking was a serious bonus!
