Reflecting on my visit to Monterey five years ago brings back fond memories as I prepare to try the Seaside location tonight. Despite the closure of their retail site on Lighthouse Ave, I am excited that they still offer local delivery and even ship par-baked pizzas to select states. The anticipation of what they have in store next, hopefully a permanent brick and mortar location, adds to the allure of their perfectly balanced, wood-fired oven pizza with generous toppings.
