Oh, you have to try these Dark Shadow beans from Burros Beans that my friend in the Santa Cruz Mountains sent me! The French Roast is absolutely awesome, with a very full flavor that's smooth as silk. I'm amazed by how I can enjoy such strong coffee without any bitter taste. Trust me, if you love "Real" coffee, you need to get your hands on these beans. The roaster's passion shines through in every sip, from the rich and robust French Roast to the bold and dark statement of the espresso roast.
