About a year ago, I tried a chocolate croissant from a local farmers market and found it too dense to be enjoyable. However, today I picked up a flourless chocolate cake that completely changed my mind; it was rich and decadent without being overly sweet, and I can't wait to grab another next week. If you appreciate the delicate flavors of European pastries, you should definitely check out Ma Petite Cherie's booth at the Brentwood Farmer's Market.
