After initially mistaking the dark tortilla chips for mold on my salad, the manager thoroughly investigated and clarified the situation, turning my experience around with exceptional service that truly impressed me. The friendly staff, especially Tanyaraat, consistently delivered great customer care, and the quality of drinks like the iced vanilla latte and Peppermint Mocha exceeded my expectations, making this coffee shop a convenient and enjoyable stop inside the casino.

I want to apologize for my earlier review regarding the salad; it turned out the dark tortilla chips were the cause of the misleading appearance. The manager was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to address my concerns, and I must give a big shoutout to Tanyaraat for her excellent customer service. The cozy atmosphere and delicious drinks, especially the Peppermint Mocha, make this coffee shop a must-visit when you're at the casino!
