I really enjoy strolling around the Hollister Farmer's Market on Wednesdays, especially for the fresh produce and local food vendors like the kettle corn stand. It's a rare treat in a town with limited local stores and restaurants, so I make sure to take advantage of it when I can. While the market might be a bit tricky for commuters to attend at 7pm, I always leave feeling good about supporting local farmers and businesses.
