Located along Springs Rd in Vallejo, there is a small store well-known for their delicious crispy pata, fried pork head, and fried whole chicken. These items range from $20-$29 and can be shared with 4-5 people. It's recommended to call ahead and reserve your order as they sometimes run out of their popular fried items.
