Seems people don't like to work in this store. I placed a mobile order on the way drive back east bound I 80 for pick up. When I arrived at the store the order was not ready on the shelf which was supposed to be ready. Then a staff walked out for curside delivery and I asked her about my delivery when she stepped in again. She went in and checked to see if my order was ready or not but never came out to let me know anything but left me stand and wait there. Then I walked to the register to ask the person about my order. But the front desk person even didn't look at my me but went straight to the person behind me who came later for her order. And once he took her order and brought another other curbside delivery or pick up to the shelf then asked me what I needed. If I didn't call him he would probably go to the next person again left me waiting in cloud. People working here are lack of passion as the other Panera Bread I normally go since I'm a long term customer. I had impression that Panera is full of passionate staffs but this one is sure different vibe.
