Having lived in Fairfield years ago, I'm thrilled to see this restaurant still thriving, especially after grocery shopping at Seafood City. The Bicole Express is always a comforting choice for me, and their beef steak is incredibly flavorful. Whenever I'm nearby, I make it a point to enjoy their delicious Filipino dishes, which remind me of home-cooked meals, all while being greeted by friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere.

I have been a longtime patron of this Filipino restaurant, originally discovering it during its time inside Seafood City. The dishes, such as the pork adobo and bistek, are consistently delicious, making it worth the occasional drive to Vallejo for a taste of home-cooked Filipino cuisine.
