The restaurant has great food and offers a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

Terrible, poor service,one of us had the soup,it had so much salt, couldn't eat it, never seen the wait person after the food was serve, the room was so cold, had to put our coats back on, and the music was some hip hop stuff, won't go back.

I've never had a bad experience at Peppers. If you are not satisfied w something, they always make it right! Delicious food...great service..!!

1st blind Road trip for us... Playin it by ear.. Happened to come across peppers restaurant and decided to try it out. Basically--- I was greeted immediately with a beautiful smile from one of the gals there.. Considering how busy it was we were seated promptly. Our host was quik with our drinks too! The service was absolutely on point... Our waitress (who is expecting) busted her behind getting everything we needed in a timely manner! I know I wouldn't have that much energy to b back n fourth like she was. Bottom line I rate this a five stars! Great service all the way thru! We will def b back in the near future!- thanks for the great food n cust. Service:)) xoxo ps. We appreciate all the help we got with directions n hotels!âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

The family and I have been enjoying Peppers for years friendly service. We are weekly customers. Last night was the worst meal ever a chili cheese burger med well done burnt on the outside (black) uncooked on the inside.DRY DRY Chili if thats even possible. Now im home from work with the SSHHITTS I thought the worst was over last night on the can but not. Apparently the cook didnt show i think the dish washer was the cook. Some customers just walked out THEY WERE THE LUCKY ONES!!!!!

We have eaten many times at Pepper's and this should have been a 5 star review, however, tonight we sat for 40 minutes before finally flagging down a waitress to ask where our dinner for 4 was; her response...We are very busy and it will be 10 more minutes. Not wanting to cause a scene, we up and left as she was telling us not to worry about paying for our drinks. Very DISAPPOINTING!!! The Manager should have offered a personal apology and compensation for our wait. Clearly, our order was misplaced.
