THIS IS NOT BBQ. IT'S UTTER SH*T. Brisket was not "smoked 14 hours." It was mushy, flavorless pot roast-like crap with zero flavor. If it were smoked at all, it would have at least some flavor. Waitress tried valiantly to defend this utter catastrophe. Effing lying b*tch!
Okay, she was nice, but defended an obviously sh*tty establishment, and lied to my face about how the food was made. For whatever reason, this restaurant is not barbecuing/smoking meat AT ALL. They are cooking it in the kitchen very sloppily and incompetently, then reheating it. Maybe they are doing so poorly they can't afford wood for the smoker, and figure that fat, gluttonous idiots will gladly eat this garbage. Note, also, that their mayo (included with my wife's dry, flavorless burger) was rancid and congealed. Avoid this flop house at all costs. They appear to be on their last leg, and when kitchen pickings get slim, are bound to give you something that will make you ill. Avoid. Seriously, if you like real bbq, or even mediocre attempts at food, AVOID.
