Despite a challenging history, there's still one Italian Oven left in Somerset, PA, where the fried zucchini appetizer reigns supreme. If you find yourself traveling along the PA Turnpike, make sure to indulge in a meal there, as the memories of wood-fired pizzas and the charming atmosphere linger in my mind.
