I drive to South Yarmouth from Harwich just to get a Greek Pizza at Bass River Pizza. Nothing like it anywhere else. Truly the best

I had placed an order in the restaurant for a sizeable amount of food. At the time, the place was quiet, and the counter staff said the whole order would be done in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I inquired about the order and was told they had just put the pizzas in the over (there were four), and needed to make up the salads. After 40 minutes, I spoke with the manager, who said, "Lady, everyone is waiting tonight." Then, after another five minutes, when the food was finally boxed, I asked for dressing for the salad. His response was to make several rude comments (which I will not type) and offer the dressing only to take them out of the bag when I stated I was disappointed in the service.


Overall, while the food was good, it was not superb. The place was clean enough, but the staff themselves could be heard swearing in the back area. I certainly would not spend my money on a location that cannot remember that a customer deserves respect. After all, if this manager wants to run a rude establishment and be disrespectful to his customers, perhaps he could try to find a job at Dick's Last Resort!
