If I could give a negative review I would. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in my entire life. Purchased a Napoleon Grill 3 months ago. They had just started selling and didn't know much about them. Supposed to get some answers for us. Hadn't heard anything, made attempts to contact Lisa via leaving message with someone, voice mail, emails, no response to any attempts. When I finally spoke with Lisa, she told me she didn't have answers and would call me when she did. Never received a call! Also ordered a new searing lid as I messed that up. Never received a call that it was in or the grill cover that we have been waiting on
since the purchase of grill. I called Napoleon and surprise, they had a lid and sent it to me immediately!
