I really enjoy Italian ice, especially when I'm in the low country. Whenever I see those cute little carts around downtown, I make sure to grab a cup of this tasty treat. The flavors are great, but my go-to choices are pina colada and pineapple. It's worth spending a few bucks for a small or large cup to cool off on a hot day.
