Las Rositas Mexican buffet has quickly become a favorite in Charlotte, rivaling even the excitement of the Panthers drafting Cam Newton. They offer a wide array of traditional dishes featuring beef, pork, and chicken, along with delicious soups and a fresh salad and fruit bar. On weekends, the addition of seafood and Menudo makes the experience even more special, all at a great price. Que viva Mexico!
