I tried the glazed salmon for dinner and it was surprisingly delicious. We decided to check out the hotel restaurant for a late-night bite, and it turned out to be a great choice with good portions and fresh fish. The Hawaiian Sliders were decent, but the standout was the Mac and Cheese - it exceeded my expectations. The brazilian style rib eye was a real winner, perfectly seared and beautifully presented. The Pub Burger was juicy and flavorful, but almost too big to handle - definitely a knife and fork situation. The Mac n Cheese was consistently satisfying on both visits. The Rib Eye was a hit with my friends, as was the Chicken Sandwich and Wings with House Salad. We all loved the Goat Cheese Flatbread despite my typical aversion to goat cheese - I even had seconds. The drink prices were a bit steep, but the quality of the meals made it worth it. I'd definitely return for another meal.
