Southern Burger food tastes great! We enjoy the food. However, the service continues to disappoint me. We haven't tried a To Go since this summer from here which wasn't a terrific experience then either. Decided to try it again. Our order said it would be ready at 6. We called a few minutes past that. 15 minutes goes by sitting in the vehicle 20 minutes past the time it said the order would be ready by. We call, and they say "we're bagging it right now." Another 10 minutes pass, and I go in myself to go get it. It still takes time to get it! It was not being bagged at that moment! We did not receive our food until 35-40 minutes past the time it said it would be ready! No apologies were made. No hey here's a drink on us or anything. The food is good, but it's honestly not worth the trouble because the service was terrible!
