Be prepared to wait!! Not good place if in a hurry on lunch break. Food is good but very pricey! Extremely slow, even call-in orders hard to get thru.
12/28/2011 - A CUSTOMER YOU WILL NEVER HAVE AGAIN
A first impression means a lot to someone. My first visit to this place was today. The service and food was horrible. I ordered a simple btl sandwich with potato soup. My soup didn't have any potatoe, and it was cold. my sandwhich was over cooked and hard and dry. Even the cheese on my sandwhich was tough. Eating this sandwhich was like eating sandpaper. My throat became scratchy and sore after eating. The cashier seems to have an issue with the fact that times have and are changing. This isn't the late 1800's or the early 1900's where the signs say whites only or colors only. Because I'm a person with morals and respect for self, I refuse to be on the level of a person such as the cashier. Note: if you want to stay in business, take the customer service 101 for dummies course & take some kind of cooking class or your not doing anyting but wasting your time and the customer's time that's looking for great service and good food!
