Upon entering, I asked if it was alright to bring wine in and they replied "yes". The food and service were very good. After dinner, I scanned the bill and noticed that they charged $7.00 per bottle of wine for a 'corking fee' - there was no mention of this by the staff nor the menu. When I questioned the charges, the server explained it covered 'government taxes and fees'. I expressed that I should have been notified in advance an she replied: " we're all getting use to the 'new' policies". I wish them success ; I would likely just for the food.

This restaurant now tops my list of the worst restaurant meal I have ever had! How can Italian be so awful?! Sweet waitress. Felt sorry for her. Driving through mcdonalds gourmet establishment.

I visited this restaurant when I was visiting family in Chattanooga and it was a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow and we waited over 45 minutes to be seated when there were empty tables available. We were at our table at least 15 minutes before anyone served us drinks. Our food took over 30 minutes prep time and we all ordered pasta...My noodles were undercooked and clumped together, the alfredo sauce was a cream "reduction" and was so thinned out it was like melted butter was poured over my noodles and was not at all creamy. The manager went to get more alfredo sauce for us and never returned until our waitress checked back on us. I think they plan on people getting so drunk while they are eating they don't notice the horrible service and awfully cooked food. They didn't bring any butter with our bread because they were waiting on containers to be cleaned and when we asked for a to go cup they said they were all out. The only good thing I can say is our waitress was very nice but the service was extremely sloooooooooooooooooooooow.
