I don t write reviews on restaurants normally. But this place was just the worst.
To begin, the waitress seemed almost angry that we were there. After taking our orders, she immediately brought the check and said, Cash only. (Keep in mind this is a sit down restaurant.) A friend laid down $20, and when she came back she said, I need $20 more. We still don t have our food at this point. We finally gave her the rest of the money. We gave her 6 dollars more than the bill and she didn t ask for change. I guess she just assumed she did some great work for that 6 bucks.
When she came back, she gave everyone their food and ended messing up an order. My friend tried to grab her attention, but she was way too distracted with another cable (complete with drunk people, so we cut her some slack on that one). The owner then came over and asked how everything was. We said that an order had been messed up, and in his broken English he said Okay so you eat anyway? We finally stopped trying to communicate and ate our sub-par food and left.
Avoid. There are way better places in Wrigley. I m all for supporting small business, but don t treat your patrons as a nuisance.
