The food here captures the essence of Chicago, especially the Italian beef with its perfect blend of moisture and flavor. Although the phone ordering experience can be frustrating, the warmth of the staff and the authenticity of the dishes make every visit memorable.

The food here can be hit or miss, but when they get it right, it's a real treat. I've had a few frustrating experiences when calling in my order, as they tend to hang up abruptly. Despite this, the Italian beef with mozzarella and hot peppers is a Chicago classic that never fails to impress with its flavors and textures. The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and the overall experience is worth the occasional inconvenience.

Delicious Italian Beef. Very Tasty. Price is a little higher than others, but it is much bigger than others, so it is so worth it. Place is small, but nice and clean. Services is with a smile and friendly.
