I stopped by the taco stand at Maxwell Street and tried their huarache for three dollars, and it was one of the best I've had outside of Mexico. Even though they were out of cecina and ordering was a bit chaotic in the small space, once I devoured the asada huarache in 3.5 seconds, any initial frustrations disappeared.
