I have been a patron of Vinci for many years, and my recent visit on Jan. 30 was a mix of familiar comfort and slight letdowns. The Saltimbucco dish was overly salty, and the chicken lacked tenderness, while the Diplomatico mousse fell short of its usual excellence with frozen blackberries. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience at Vinci remains enjoyable and the service continues to impress me.
