The customer service is decent, and the catfish tails, steaks, and horseshoe cut are impressive with their fresh, hot, meaty portions and great flavor. The Italian beef is also enjoyable, offering a generous amount of juice and taste, whether ordered in or through delivery services like Postmates and UberEats. Speedy service and plenty of napkins enhance the experience, making the fried fish and fries truly satisfying.
