Wildfire nails the basics-hot food arrives hot, cold food cold, and steaks come exactly how you ask, perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere feels cozy and inviting, with a vibe that reminds me of an old-school jazz club, and the bartenders really know their craft, making the cocktail experience fun to watch and enjoy. Service is consistently friendly and attentive, with servers like Hank, Sophie, Ivy, Luis, and Diego going above and beyond to make the meal memorable.
