A restaurant that had lost its charm has made a remarkable comeback, impressing me with its flavorful dishes and attentive service. Their "pollo en mole poblano" was a standout, especially when paired with a dollop of sour cream and diced onions to balance the rich mole sauce. I also enjoyed the "huevos fiesta Mexico" dish, which featured perfectly cooked eggs and a savory piece of carne asada, all at reasonable prices in a cozy Mexican-themed setting.
