Although I haven't physically dined at the West Indies Restaurant & Bakery, I have enjoyed their jerk chicken, cabbage, rice and beans, and plantain at cultural festivals in Washington Park. When choosing a food vendor at summer events, I prioritize visually appealing dishes that are hygienically handled to avoid any off-putting experiences, ensuring my meal is both satisfying and safe to consume.
