I enjoyed the Garden Omelet with perfectly cooked fresh vegetables and found the food consistently delicious, including the cauliflower burger with its flavorful sauce and the refreshing basil lemonade. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the organization's mission to train and empower individuals in the food industry adds meaningful value to the dining experience. While service can sometimes be slow or disorganized due to the training environment, the quality of the meals and the positive impact of the establishment make it worth returning to.
