I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Adobe Gilas, especially after my previous choice didn't work out due to poor reviews. Our server, Vanessa, was attentive and friendly, and the food exceeded my expectations; the fish tacos and guacamole were delicious, and the loaded chicken sandwich was a standout. The lively atmosphere and Corey's excellent drink recommendations, including a refreshing watermelon mezcal cocktail, made for a fun night, and I can't wait to return for more!
