Nestled in a bustling shopping center, La Cocina Jalisciense caught my attention after years of driving by, so I finally decided to dive into their menu. The steak taco dinner was a revelation, with perfectly seasoned meat, fluffy rice, and flavorful refried beans that were perfect for chip dipping.
